WAITING TIME

NO SHOW

Whenever a car number has been confirmed to a passenger who has not authorized waiting time, and the passenger does not meet the car at the designated pick up location within the established time period for the pick up, we will release the car, and a No Show charge will be incurred. Do not go outside without hearing from us with a car number and ETA. If it is a “Just Send”, do not leave without calling our dispatch center. Passengers making “Just Send” reservations and leaving without calling will result in a No Show being charged to their account. The No Show rate in the five boroughs is fifteen dollars ($15.00), plus when applicable any waiting time. For No Shows not in the five boroughs the flat rate will apply, plus any tolls, parking, etc. that are additional will be included.

PRICE

WAITING TIME WILL BE $42.00 PER HOUR BILLED AT 70 CENT PER MINTUES.

 

POLICY

1)      ON DEMAND CALLS: (A.S.A.P.)

L3o Transportation will extend a 15 minute grace period over the driver’s ETA (estimated time of arrival). For instance; if at 7.00 pm the operator tells you the car will be there in ten minutes, (at 7:00 pm) waiting time charges will begin at 7:25pm. In this case if you entered the car at 7:35 pm, you would be charged $6.00 for 10 minutes of waiting time. The driver will request you to initial the waiting time.

2)      RESERVATIONS:

L3o Transportation will extend a 15 minute grace period over the scheduled pickup time. For example, if you called for a 7:00 pm reservation, waiting time charges will begin at 7:15 pm. In this case if you entered the car at 7:25 pm, you would be charged $6.00 for 10 minutes of waiting time.

Please note: this is for only International Customers:  The reservations can be made through a valid Credit Card, Visa, and MasterCard; whereas, Checks are not accepted. The advance payment will be 35%. 

 

3)      STOPS: ALL STOPS WILL HAVE A FIVE MINTUES GRACE PERIOD.

If there is a disagreement between you and the driver regarding waiting time, please note the time you entered the car on the voucher, initial the waiting time charge and call one of our customer service representatives during the next business day. We will resolve the matter internally. If there is further discussion warranted, one of our representatives will contact you.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any Sedan and Suv cancellation that is made less than four (2) hours before the scheduled pick up time in the Hudson County area. L3o Transportation is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled, diverted, and delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill our client's needs, in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without disadvantage to other reserved clients.

No Refunds Will Be Issued After Purchase.

 

AIRPORT PICK-UP PROCEDURES

LAGUARDIA-JFK NEWARK

Passenger may wait until the flight lands and then call from the airport to request a pick up. At JFK, LaGuardia airports and NWK, a caller should anticipate up to a 20 minute wait for car. We will advise the caller where to meet the car. Although this method has the disadvantage of having the caller wait for the car to arrive, it is the most economical way to facilitate an airport pick up by avoiding waiting time generated by flight delays, “meet and Greet” charges and parking.

Passengers may make an advanced reservation and request our “Meet and Greet” service. The driver will be given the flight information and will be instruction to meet the passenger at the baggage area or gate while holding a sign with the passengers name on it. This method eliminates the wait for a car, while positioning the driver inside the terminal where he is able to assist the passenger with luggage. There is a parking fee and $10.00 “Meet and Greet” charge for this service.

Passengers may make an advanced reservation with the option of meeting the car and driver at a pre-determined location outside the terminal. This method offers the advantage of eliminating the wait for a car also eliminating parking and “Meet and Greet” charges.

Regardless of the procedure that the passenger selects for airports pickups, waiting time may be generated because of flight delays. Our dispatchers minimize these waiting charges by monitoring all reservations and adjusting pick up times accordingly. However, airline time may also result from baggage and runway delays. In the event you do not make contact with your car/driver please call our dispatch center to expedite your pick up. If a call is not placed to locate your car and driver and the passenger selects other means of transportation, a free for a no show and parking fee (where applicable) will be charged to the account or credit card.
